As a speech therapist on our team, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations, create personalized treatment plans, and provide compassionate speech therapy to help children communicate and thrive. Licensed, Certified Occupational Therapist

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Requirements

• BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in psychology, education, or related field
• Pediatric clinical or in-home experience

Expectations

• Maintain collaborative team environment
• Provide RBT supervision
• Develop client programming
• Conduct ongoing assessments
• Update individualized treatment plans
• Perform peer reviews
• Provide parent training

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Requirements

• 40-hour RBT training course or certification
• Undergraduate degree in psychology, education, or related field
• Pediatric clinic or in-home experience

Expectations

• Undergo training on standards, safety, data, policies
• Implement therapy per licensed supervisor’s treatment plans
