Our integrated speech, occupational therapy, and applied behavior analysis clinic is seeking caring, talented therapists to fill the following roles:
Licensed, Certified Speech-Language Pathologist
As a speech therapist on our team, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations, create personalized treatment plans, and provide compassionate speech therapy to help children communicate and thrive. Licensed, Certified Occupational Therapist
As an occupational therapist, you will perform assessments, develop customized treatment plans, and conduct engaging sessions tailored to each child’s needs. Promote development through evidence-based interventions. Help children gain skills for the future. Send Your Resume!
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in psychology, education, or related field
- Pediatric clinical or in-home experience
Expectations
- Maintain collaborative team environment
- Provide RBT supervision
- Develop client programming
- Conduct ongoing assessments
- Update individualized treatment plans
- Perform peer reviews
- Provide parent training
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Requirements
- 40-hour RBT training course or certification
- Undergraduate degree in psychology, education, or related field
- Pediatric clinic or in-home experience
Expectations
- Undergo training on standards, safety, data, policies
- Implement therapy per licensed supervisor’s treatment plans
Behavior Technician (BT)
Requirements
- 40-hour RBT training (or equivalent)
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred
- Passion for working with children and a desire to learn
Expectations
- Provide direct therapy to children with autism, implementing proven strategies to enhance their development.
- Receive ongoing training and mentorship to further your skills in ABA.
- Collaborate with supervisors and fellow therapists to achieve positive outcomes for each child.
